Step #1: Right click on the cell that you want to change (on Mac hold control + click on trackpad),

Step #2: Select “View more cell actions”, then choose “Data validation”,

Step #3: Correct the items as you’d like from the list (it’s highlighted in blue in the image)

Step #4: click the green “Save” button & you’re done!
